Reservations are made by email, directly on our website, or via booking.com . A 30% deposit is required upon reservation, except for clients booking via booking.com Balance payable 15 days before stay start. Any cancellation request must be by email; deposit refundable only if received at least 30 days before stay start. Per Article L221-28 12° Consumer Code, accommodation services at fixed dates/periods are not subject to 14-day withdrawal. Applicable rates are those on the Residence website, in euros including VAT, excluding tourist tax. Linen and towels not included in rental price. Rental kits available; rates on request. Dogs accepted on leash; €3/day supplement applies. For safety and insurance, exceeding maximum occupancy per rental is prohibited. Tourist tax: €0.55/person/day. Under 18s exempt. €450 deposit required at check-in: €350 for rental, €100 if cleaning inadequate (unless client opted for cleaning package). Client must return apartment clean: self-clean or €100 cleaning package. Check-out inventory by staff reviews fixtures, furniture, property. Keys returned by 10am on departure day.
